Gigi to the Rescue

Last Thursday I got a phone call from my Mom. She was missing Braiden and decided to book a plane ticket for Saturday :-) It was so nice having her here because later in the evening on Saturday Braiden started to get fussy and began to slow down. He then refused to eat anything! Come to find out he was fighting a cold, ear infection and a very sore throat! Gigi was here and took great care of him. Dave and I were both able to work and not have to take time off. By the end of the week he was feeling like himself again, still hardly eating anything, but I think that's because we have an extremely picky eater on our hands now and mixed in with his stubbornness just isn't a good combination.
Thursday was a rainy evening and Braiden was begging to get out of the house. Gigi took him outside to "watch" the rain. When I made it outside, both of them were soaked from playing in the rain :-)
