Braiden's surgery was a success! The nursing staff and doctors were wonderful. We were at the Center One Surgery Center for 3 hours, but Braiden was only away from us for 15 minutes, that's how quick the surgery was! He woke up from anesthesia very upset, but soon after guzzling two bottles, he was much more pleasant. He took one 3 hour nap, a 30 minute nap with Daddy on the couch, and a 1 hour nap. He's been in good spirits and has just wanted to rest, which is a good thing. He is eating and drinking like normal. We will see what tomorrow brings, but I'm thinking our little trooper is going to be just fine :-)
When we arrived, Braiden was taken to his own little room and in it they had these rock star glasses and pin wheel set out on the bed. He stayed entertained for a bit with them!
