To All of our Family and Friends

HAPPY EASTER!!!!!

Braiden insisted on standing by this statue with the puppy after mass this morning and wouldn't leave! Just for you Gigi :-)

Braiden's First Baseball Game

Last night we took Braiden to his very first SUNS baseball game. It's the minor league team here in Jacksonville. He had a great time. He didn't watch too much of the game as he preferred entertaining the people around him and imitating the man calling out, "Snow cone, get your snow cone!" It was a beautiful night and the 3 of us had a good time :-)
They were giving away jerseys!

One of the men working a stand gave him a SUNS frog

Thank You Very Much

Aunt Peggy and Uncle Gary for the delicious cookies and cute ducky.

Braiden absolutely LOVES his duck. You know exactly what he likes... soft stuffed animals, music, and action! FYI- this duck sings, flaps his wings, and giggles when you tickle him :-)

Easter Party at School

This afternoon Braiden had his Easter party and egg hunt at school. As you all can guess... he was in heaven with just the mention of a party :-)
Here's Braiden with his buddies

That sweet pose didn't last long and quickly turned in to a wrestling match

Is this not the cutest thing??? Holding hands to go outside

These four are all days apart and always stick together

Finally, to the good part :-)

This is What Happens When....

Your best friends are two little girls and you take a bath at their house without PJ's of your own!
Is this what my little girl would look like if I had one :-)

Braiden and the girls thought this was hilarious!!!!!

Family Pictures in the Park

Today after work we headed to a local park with our neighbors in an attempt to get a few family photos. It's been a while since we've gotten nice pictures of the three of us.

Braiden with his best friends, Ashlynn and Lauren

Enjoying a walk down the dock

Ashlynn loves to kiss on Braiden

As you can see... He doesn't tolerate it for long :-)

When did my baby boy turn in to this HUGE toddler?!?!?!

Parade at School and Visit to the ER

Last week Braiden's school had a celebration all week long called, The Week of the Young Child. It's a celebration of all of our precious little angels. To end the celebration they had a parade on Friday. I showed up to the parade and Braiden didn't seem himself. His teachers said he was great up until nap time. He came over to me and right away I knew he had a high fever. It was 103.2, which is the highest he's ever had. We came home and I gave him Gatorade, Motrin and we took a rest on the couch together. In no time, he was back to his regular self. Until 5am on Saturday, that is. He woke up crying with a temp of 104.5. I called the urgent care and they directed us to the Children's Hospital downtown. So, off we went. They decided his fever was probably caused by a slight ear infection. They put him on Amoxicillin. In our life, that can't just be the end of the story! We ended up at the urgent care on Monday evening because of a rash covering Braiden's chest and back. Diagnosis, possible allergic reaction to the antibiotics. Go figure!!!!!!!!! We stopped the meds and the rash is gone. He seems completely normal :-)
Sitting with his buddies. This was before I knew how horrible he felt

The cute shirts his teachers made for the parade

Time to go!
